This image shows administrative staff having a baby shower for a staff member in the second Administration building, built 1924, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) in the 1960s. Men and women can be seen drinking out of mugs and bottles and eating baby food. Dean of Women Maxie Edmisten can be seen sitting on the left.
