Description

This image shows University Theatre production of "Servant of Two Masters" in the auditorium of Chapell Wilson Hall, built 1938, at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in December 1975. Three actors can be seen standing on a stage, one holding a wooden sword. The Department of Theatre and Dance sponsors the University Theatre which produces several plays a year and holds auditions for the season that are open to all students. The department is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Theatre, the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, and the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education.
