Dean of Student Affairs O. Kenneth Webb and Chancellor Herbert Walter Wey (1969-1979), Dean William Strickland (Arts and Sciences), Mr. William Rankin (Board of Trustees), Dean William Muse (Business) can be seen sitting on the left. The Honors Program is an academic and residential community for high achieving students and is open to freshmen, transfer students, and current students at Appalachian State.
