Kenneth Webb, dean of Student Affairs, speaking behind a podium at an awards ceremony held by the Honors Program in Broome-Kirk Gym, built 1955, at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in April 1968. Student award recipients can be seen sitting in the background. The Honors Program is an academic and residential community for high achieving students and is open to freshmen, transfer students, and current students at Appalachian State.
