Men's Track, 1985, photo 1

This image shows Darryl Evans, a member of the men's Track Team at Appalachian State University (1967-current), preparing to run a race at Conrad Stadium, built 1979, in 1985-86. Appalachian State's Track Team included distance races, hurdles, and pole vaulting. Conrad Stadium was renamed Kidd Brewer Stadium in 1988. This image appears in the 1986 Rhododendron (p. 340).
