The Appalachian, 1985-86, commentary editor

This image shows John Cox, the 1985-86 commentary editor for "The Appalachian" at Appalachian State University (1967-current) sitting at a desk in front of a typewriter and looking at sheet of paper. "The Appalachian" has been the student-run newspaper for Appalachian State since 1934. It was published twice weekly, and covered campus and community events. This image appears in the 1986 Rhododendron (p. 72-73).
