The Appalachian, 1985-86, technician

This image shows Sarah Horton, the 1985-86 darkroom technician for "The Appalachian" at Appalachian State University (1967-current), standing in front of a printer in the darkroom. "The Appalachian" has been the student-run newspaper for Appalachian State since 1934. It was published twice weekly, and covered campus and community events. This image appears in the 1986 Rhododendron (p. 72).
