This image shows three members of the administration sitting on a stage at the winter convocation ceremony at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) in the 1960s. President William Howard Plemmons (1955-1969) can be seen sitting on the left, and O. Kenneth Webb, dean of Student Affairs, is sitting on the right. Convocation was held the beginning of each term.
