The Appalachian, 1986-87, staff

This image shows two members of the staff of the "The Appalachian" at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in 1986. Jerry Snow is seen sitting in front of a typewriter with Chris Roberts standing next to him. "The Appalachian" has been the student-run newspaper for Appalachian State since 1934. It was published twice weekly, and covered campus and community events. This image appears in the 1987 Rhododendron (p. 45).
