Physical Plant, staff with tree

This image shows three employees of the Physical Plant Department holding up a Christmas tree outside the Service Annex, built 1949, at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in the 1970s. The tree was mounted and decorated in B. B. Dougherty Administration Building. The Physical Plant Department functions out of Business Affairs, and controls and maintains the grounds and building conditions for Appalachian State.
