This image shows a man standing behind a podium speaking to the Alumni Association at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) in a campus building in August 1969. The Alumni Association started in 1934 and met at least once a year during Homecoming for reunions, association business, and officer elections. The man behind the podium is Bob Snead, Vice President for Development and Public Affairs.
