This image shows four attendees of an NCEA district convention held in Sanford, NC, sitting at the Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) booth including an Industrial Arts exhibit, holding a copy of the "Appalachian Alumnus." Included in the image are David Rigsby of the Industrial Arts Department, Lorna Livengood, 1962 ASTC alumnus and 5-6th grade teacher in Pinehurst, Phyllis Holland, 1961 ASTC alumnus and physical education teacher at West Rowan High School, and Cecil Hackney, Robbins principal. This image appears in the October 8, 1964 edition of "Appalachian Alumnus" (p. 2).
