Beginning on the left are Mr. John Garwood, member of the Board of Trustees; Mr. Bob Snead, Vice Chancellor for Development and Public Affairs; Ms. Charlotte Ross; Dr. Carl Ross, Professsor of History; Dr. Cratis Williams, Acting Chancellor and Mr. Edwin Dougherty, Professor of History. The two women standing on the right are unknown.
