Geography, bulletin board, 1986

This image shows the bulletin board for the Department of Geography and Community Planning at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in 1986-87. It was used to display current information for geography students, and includes graphs, maps, and charts. The Department of Geography and Community Planning offers BA degrees in Geography and BS degrees in Community Planning, with courses in geographic techniques, quantitative methods, urban and political geography, land use, and regional planning. This image appears in the 1987 Rhododendron (p. 121).
