Description

This image shows two members of the Epsilon Kappa chapter of Beta Alpha Psi at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in May 1978, standing before the chapter's banner. Associate Professor of Accounting can be seen on the left, shaking hands with another man. Previously known as the Accounting Club, the Appalachian State chapter of Beta Alpha Phi was established in 1978. It was the honorary and professional accounting fraternity and promoted professionalism in accounting, and offered services including free income tax preparation, accounting tutoring labs, auditing, and other service projects.
