Art, exhibit, 1977

This image shows a woman standing by a hung batik-dyed sheet, part of a textiles exhibit by the Art Department at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in March 1977. The Art Department was one of the first departments at Appalachian State and is located in the College of Fine and Applied Arts. It includes concentrations in clay, drawing, fibers, metals/jewelry, painting, photography, printmaking and sculpture.
