Description

This image shows a faculty banquet in 1975, held in Welborn Cafeteria, built 1925, at Appalachian State University (1967-current). Robert Snead, vice-chancellor for Development, standing between two tables where attendees are sitting. Glasses and coffee cups are on the tables. The event was part of the 75th anniversary festivities. Seated in the center of the picture are Dr. Lawrence Horine (Health, Physical Education and Recreation) and his wife, Ms. Mary Ellen Horine.
