The Broyhill Inn and Conference Center served as an inn and the home of the Center for Continuing Education. Speaking behind the podium is Sen. James Broyhill. Seated from left to right are Mr. Barry Rogers, Director of the Broyhill Inn and Conference Center, President Emeritus William H. Plemmons and Ms. Patricia Holshouser, wife of Gov. James Holshouser.
