Description

This image shows one of the speakers standing behind a podium at the dedication ceremony for Cone, Coltrane, Cannon and Gardner Residence Halls at Appalachian State University (1967-current) on May 18, 1969. The attendees included D. S. Coltrane, William Howard Plemmons, and Charles Cannon. Coltrane and Gardner were male residence halls and Cone and Cannon were female residence halls. All were completed in 1968.
