Description

This image shows a poster display dedicated to the four freedoms promoted during World War II at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). The display reads, "Our Forefathers' Workshop," and includes four paintings by Norman Rockwell illustrating, "Freedom of Speech," "Freedom of Religion," "Freedom from Want," and "Freedom from Fear." This image was taken in the mid-1950s.
