This image shows a group of students at Appalachian High School (1938-1965) being shown how to work a projector in a science lab in Chapell Wilson Hall, built 1938, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). Appalachian High School was a joint venture between Appalachian State Teachers College and Watauga County Schools, wherein Watauga students would be taught by Appalachian State faculty and students. It was housed in Chapell Wilson Hall.
