Description

This image shows the Flying Fish swimming in the position of two triangles in the swimming pool in Broome-Kirk Gymnasium, built 1955, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). Two women in swim suits can be seen standing in the background. The Flying Fish was a swimming club formed by the Appalachian State students holding their senior Life Saving Certificates.
