This image shows the Young Women's Christian Association posing for a picture for the Rhododendron, the student yearbook, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) in 1958. The YWCA was open to all Appalachian State women, and sponsored activities such as social service work, chapel programs, the "Big Sister, Little Sister" program, and socials.
