Description

This image shows the Varsouvianna Club posing on a stage at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) in 1958. Varsouvianna was a student organization that formed out of folk dancing classes, in which students learned more about performing and teaching folk dancing. The club was sponsored by Mrs. Joy Kirchner of the Department of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation.
