This image shows a frozen ice formation that formed after a snow storm in the fountain at the Blowing Rock in Blowing Rock, NC, in January 1958. An ice covered parking lot is visible around the ice formation, and a mountain is in the background. The photograph was taken by the Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) University Photographer, John A. Pritchett.
