This image shows Professor Herman Eggers standing two women, greeting a man as he enters Welborn Cafeteria, built 1925, to attend the President's Luncheon, held before spring commencement at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) on May 25, 1958. The luncheon was held before spring commencement, and included commencement guests, Appalachian State faculty and administration. Dean Maxie Edmiston is seen on the far right.
