This image shows the officers of the Young Men's Christian Association for 1957-58 at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). The YMCA began at Appalachian State in 1933, and met in Justice Hall, built 1952. Shown are Bob Edwards, president, Dan Evans, vice-president, Charles Helms, vice-president, Sam Marshall, secretary, and Don Phillips, treasurer. This image appears in the 1958 Rhododendron (p. 118).
