This image shows a night football game between the Appalachian State Mountaineers and Guilford College Quakers on November 8, 1958 on College Field at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). Players can be seen running and tackling each other in the center of the image. The Men's Gymmnasium, built 1934, can be seen in the background. Appalachian won 13-6.
