This is an image of the northern side of the Chancellor's/President's home and the hillside at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) on May 9, 1957. At the time, it was the home of Dr. William Howard Plemmons (1955-1969). It was built in 1957, and located on the southern end of campus.
