In the foreground is Mrs. Faye Meredith, wife of Mr. Dean Meredith who was the Registrar. Dr Williams is in the center of the image. On Dr. Williams‘ left is Dr. Wiley F. Smith, first Chairperson of the Department of Psychology and Professor Emeritus of Psychology. Standing between Dr. Williams and Dr. Smith and wearing glasses is Dr. Mel Roy, Professor of Decision Sciences.
