Bookstore, second, snack bar

This image shows students eating at a table in the snack bar at the University Bookstore , built 1969, at Appalachian State University (1967-current). In addition to books, the store provided school supplies, Appalachian State merchandise, sports equipment, and a snack bar. It was built adjacent to the Plemmons Student Union, built 1968, on the location of the old College Bookstore.
