Bookstore, second, interior

This image shows the interior of the University Bookstore, built 1969, at Appalachian State University (1967-current). A shelf displays merchandise sold at the bookstore, including various office supplies, such as self-adhesive labels, pushins, and pencils. In addition to books, the store provided supplies, Appalachian State merchandise, sports equipment, and a snack bar. It was built adjacent to the Plemmons Student Union, built 1968, on the location of the old College Bookstore.
