Football Players, 1954-55, Buck Hall and R. E. Cummings

This image shows three members of the Mountaineer football team of 1954-55 on College Field at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). College Field was located south of the Administration Building, built 1924, approximately where Rankin Science Hall was later built in 1963. On the left is Buck Hall, and on the right is R. E. Cummings. Part of this image appears in the 1955 Rhododendron (p. 106).
