This image shows Jim Kiser and an unidentified player, both members of the Mountaineer football team of 1953-54, on College Field at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). College Field was located south of the Administration Building, built 1924, approximately where Rankin Science Hall was later built in 1963.
