This image shows the summer workshop in elementary school teaching that took place at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) during the summer of 1955. The image shows part of a class room decorated with posters on "family fun" and "working together." Two women can be seen working on a puppet show display including two desks positioned to block the view of the puppeteers, a shadow box, and three puppets. Two women are seated beside the display.
