This image shows the Homecoming parade in October 1955. Five members of the majorettes perform in front of the parade, followed by the band, heading west down the Promenade with onlookers on both sides. The front columns of White Hall, built 1924, and the roof of Lovill Home, built 1915, can be seen in the background.
