This image shows Pansy Kincaid in 1955, walking up the steps into the second Administration Building, built 1924, with the Promenade in the background. White Hall, built 1924, can be seen in the background to the left. She is carrying books, a clipboard, and a notebook. Pansy Kincaid attended Appalachian Training School (1903-1925) and graduated in 1915. She then worked as a teacher in Watauga County Schools.
