This image shows the College Employees Banquet, December 18, 1953, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). The banquet was held at Welborn Cafeteria, built 1925. Mrs. Lillie B. Hardin is seen standing in the center of the image. She served as East Hall Hostess from 1952 to 1955, and was former matron of Dauph-Blan Hall, built 1929, from its opening until 1952.
