Description
This image shows one of the southern (front) entrances of the second Lovill Home, built 1915, with part of the Promenade visible in the foreground. It served as a dormitory for 150 women. It was positioned on the Promenade across from the Welborn Cafeteria, between White Hall, built 1924, and East Hall, built 1952, where Sanford Hall, built 1969, now stands. It was demolished in 1967.
