Doughton Residence Hall

Description

This image shows the southern side of Doughton Hall, built in 1963, at Appalachian State University (1967-current). Doughton Hall was originally a women's dormitory that housed 300 students on seven floors. It is now a co-educational dormitory and is part of the Eastridge Community of Residence Halls. In the background is White Hall, another women's dormitory, built 1966.
