Description

This image shows the northwestern side of the newly constructed Conrad Stadium after a winter snowfall in 1962. Located at the far southern end of Appalachian State, the stadium was rebuilt in 1979 and was renamed Kidd Brewer Stadium in 1988. It replaced College Field, the previous football field located at the current location of Rankin Science Hall, built 1963.
