Description
Joe Deutsch is a resident of western Pennsylvania but more importantly is a summer resident of Boone, North Carolina. He has been painting for about 3 years and is, for the most part, self taught with the exception of some help from his wife of 45 years, Mary Ruth who is an accomplished artist. Joe is a water color and acrylics artist.
