One leaf with preprinted staff lines, handwritten in pencil on both sides. The document is in good physical condition. The document was removed from a bound volume. There are spiral binding holes along the right edge. The document was laminated. The upper left corner was folded into the laminate. There is staining of an unknown origin at the right edge of the leaf. There is a parenthetical "7" handwritten at the upper right corner. The document is located on the reverse side of "The Handwriting on the Wall."
