Description

One leaf with preprinted staff lines handwritten in pencil on the front side and in carbon on the reverse side. The document is in good physical condition. The document was removed from a bound volume. There is moderate fraying along the right edge. The document was laminated. The lower left corner was folded into the laminate. There are two minor tears at the lower edge. There is a stain of unknown origin at the upper left corner. There are two editorial additions handwritten in blue ink. There is a handwritten "x" at the upper right corner. There is a handwritten check mark at the lower right corner. The document is located on the reverse side of "Earl Brand," Sheet Music 4, Copy, Page 2.
