There is moderate fraying along the right edge. The document was laminated. There is lamination-related creasing on the document. The upper right corner was folded into the laminate. There is a major tear diagonally across the document. There is a minor tear at the left lower edge. There is a handwritten check mark at the lower right corner. The document is located on the reverse side of "Ore Knob," Sheet Music 1.
