One leaf with preprinted staff lines handwritten in black ink and pencil on both sides. The document is in good physical condition. The document was removed from a bound volume. The document "Common Bill" Sheet Music 3 is located at the top of the front side. The document "Sourwood Mountain" Sheet Music 5 is located on the reverse side. The document was laminated. The upper left corner, the lower left corner, and the lower right corner were folded into the laminate. There is significant fraying along the left edge. There is moderate fraying along the top edge. There is minor fraying along the bottom edge. There are minor tears along the right edge. There is a stain of unknown origin at the left bottom edge. The page number "13" is handwritten at the upper right corner. There is a handwritten check mark at the lower right corner.
