One leaf with preprinted staff lines handwritten in pencil on the front side and in carbon on the reverse side. The document is in good physical condition. The document was removed from a bound volume. There is moderate fraying along the right edge. The document was laminated. There are two minor tears at the lower left edge. There is a parenthetical "5" handwritten at the upper right edge. There is a handwritten check mark at the lower right corner following the music notes. The document "The Lone Prairie," Sheet Music is at the bottom of the front side. The documents "The Blind Girl," Sheet Music 02, Copy and "The Last Fierce Charge," Sheet Music 03 are located on the reverse side.
