The document was removed from a bound volume. There is moderate fraying along the left edge. The document was laminated. There is a page number handwritten at the upper right corner. There is a parenthetical "3" handwritten in pencil at the upper right corner. There is a handwritten check mark at the lower right corner. The document "The Love-of-God Shave (Lather and Shave)," Sheet Music 01 is located at the bottom of the leaf. The document "Old and Gray," Sheet Music 1 is located on the reverse side.
