One leaf with preprinted staff lines handwritten in black ink on the front side and in black ink and pencil on the reverse side. The document was removed from a bound volume. There is significant fraying along the left edge. The document was laminated. There is minor fraying along the upper edge and along the lower edge. There is moderate staining of unknown origins on the document. There is a parenthetical "3" handwritten in pencil at the upper right corner. There is also a handwritten page number at the upper right corner. There is a handwritten check mark at the lower right corner. The documents "Young Charlotte," Sheet Music 1 and "Young Charlotte," Sheet Music 2 are located on the reverse side.
