One partial leaf with preprinted staff lines handwritten in pencil on the front side and in carbon on the reverse. The document is in good physical condition. The document was removed from a bound volume. The document "Little Black Mustache," Music Notes 2, Copy is located on the reverse side. The document was laminated. There is some minor fraying along the left edge. There is a paper clip rust stain at the upper left corner. There is some moderate paper clip-related tearing at the upper left corner. There is a stain of unknown origin on the third row of staff lines. There is a handwritten check mark at the lower right corner.
